Journalist: As soon as the money declines.
Prabhupada: Yes. Because there is no culture. They are not standing on culture. They are standing on money.
Journalist: You think we pay too much importance to money?
Prabhupada: Yes, everybody, yes. They do not know what is culture of life. They simply want money, that’s all.
Journalist: Do you think we have too much for our needs?
Prabhupada: You are creating your needs. You are not too much in need, but you have created so many artificial needs.

Prabhupada: You see this black men. They earn sufficient money, but see their home. See their home. You America, you have given them equal rights, they are getting money, but they have no culture. Therefore you may pay them as much as you like, but still poverty-stricken. In Africa also I have seen that they have got their own kingdom, independence, but if we go to the African slums, they are poverty-stricken, wretched. So this civilization will not endure. If there is no culture, simply by money you cannot maintain a standard of civilization. That is not possible. Now the American leaders they are thinking, “Let us have money, then everything…” Of course, by money you are covering all the defects of the social culture. But this will not endure. Day will come and everything will be exposed. Therefore culture required.

Prabhupada: The earth was flat. They believed that the world is flat. So how much imperfect knowledge they have got. So imperfect knowledge, how long it can go? Just like we are going to challenge all these rascals that life is grown out of matter. We are going to challenge. It is not a fact. So how long you can cheat people? For hundred, two hundred, thousand years, but you cannot cheat for all the time.
Umapati: It has been going on from time immemorial. I guess they figure they can just keep going on for time immemorial.
Prabhupada: No time immemorial. You are being cheated for two hundred, three hundred years, that’s all. Not before that. All these scientists rascals, have come out within two hundred years. That’s all. So you are being cheated for the last two hundred years, not for thousands of years. So it will be finished. Within another fifty years, everything will be finished.
Karandhara: Yes, they say now there is an anti-intellectual movement. People are rebelling to science and modern progress.
Prabhupada: What is that science? That is not science. That is ignorance. Ignorance. Simply ignorance. Ignorance is going as science. Irreligion is going as religion. So how long it will go? People are becoming intelligent.

Thx for the video, I firmly believe everything Srila Prabhupada has ever said and only a blind fool thinks the opposite. It’s obvious to any sincere devotee of Prabhupada that the world is degrading more everyday and is a great time for us to make spiritual advancement. And of course, let”s not forget those demons who are running and ruining Iskcon. It will be interesting to see who’ll be left standing after the carnage and who’ll be ready to oust the one’s left. I pray that Krishna will give me this service to assist Him in cleaning house. Haribol !

Actually, another Prabhupada follower such as yourself, who exposes corrupt ISKCON, Hanuman Das, of lastingimpression website has this post in which he says that “Prabhupada never said He would be everybody’s Guru for the next 10,000 years of Kali”. Hanuman Prabhu says that Prabhupada was always very simple and straightforward, and He never said this. Would you kindly give me your insight on this? I am thoroughly confused at this point.

The idea that Srila Prabhupada is not everyone’s Sri Guru comes from those who claim to be the guru, those who are unable to differentiate between the Sri Guru Sun and guru glow-worms, those whose knowledge is stollen by illusion, and/or those who aspire for the guru position. Those who want to be the eternal servants of Srila Prabhupada; our Master Who said His books would be the law-books for the next 10,000 years, will never accept. It is a question of humility, simplicity, knowledge, gratitude, devotion, and causeless mercy. The prayer Sri Guru Carana Padma indicates clearly that our own Sri Caitya Guru “is our Lord, birth after birth. From Him ecstatic prema emanates, by Him ignorance is destroyed”. In Srimad Bhagavad Gita As It Is 1972 authorized edition, Chapter 10, Verse 10 and 11, Sri Krishna as Sri Caitya Guru tells us His function:
“To those who are constantly devoted and worship Me with love, I give the understanding by which they can come to Me. Out of compassion for them, I, dwelling in their hearts, destroy with the shining lamp of knowledge the darkness born of ignorance.”
Scriptures and sadhus tell us that Sri Guru Srila Prabhupada is the full manifestation of the indwelling Supersoul. Supersoul accepts a body to guide the souls back to Godhead, back to Home. “Since one cannot visually experience the presence of the Supersoul, He appears before us as a liberated devotee. Such a spiritual master is none other than Krishna himself.” — A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. So worship of Srila Prabhupada means to connect with one’s own eternal best friend and master. Nothing else will do. And that Personality is the divine mercy manifestation of Sri Guru Nityananda Prabhu, the original Spiritual Master, Who, and only Who, introduces us to the Divine Couple. See Associates of Sri Caitanya by Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakur. “Individual souls are under the direction of Nityananda. They receive their service of Sri Gaurasundar i.e. of Krishna, at his hands. Nityananda is not a jiva. He is Divinity. He is the ultimate source of the jiva. The jiva is a potency of Nityananda. No jiva can be the medium of the service of the Absolute to another jiva. The Absolute alone may communicate His service to the separable constituents of Himself. This is the real nature of the function of the guru.”
He goes on to explain, “But Nityananda does not directly instruct in the confidential service of Krishna. Srimati Radhika is the guru of the inner circle of the servants of Krishna. Srimati, however, accepts the offer of service of only those souls who are specially favored by Nityananda and are deemed by Him to be fit for Her service. There is, therefore a most intimate relationship between the function of Nityananda and that of Srimati which is at once supplementary and inclusive of the former.”
