Srila Prabhupada was anointed by Srila Bhaktisidantha Saraswati, through Supreme Personality of Godhead Sri Krishna and sent to the JUsa to deliver the fallen souls and taken them back to godhead.
So swami Prabhupada is backed by all the acharyas in the disciplic line, where every single one of them were anointed by Supreme Personality of Godhead.
