Up till a few years ago i was addicted to coca cola zero, i stopped drinking it because it also falls under intoxication(aspartame and other E numbers) i thought it would be easy but my body was reacting like someone who was addicted to drugs! with keeping prabhupada ‘s words in mind i managed to quit.
It gets me really angry when papers claim that aspartame and other e numbers are harmless…
