ISKCON Child Abuse, The Windle Turley Case & The Bitter Jackals Headed By PADA (Puranjana)

The recent Windle Turley Gurukuli lawsuit contains the following horrendous and most disgusting claim:

“35. The founder of the institution, Prabhupada, was informed in 1972, at a time when he totally controlled the institution, that extensive physical and sexual abuse of minor ISKCON children was occurring, but he concealed the wrongdoing from the public, parents and all but a handful of close advisors.”   (Windle Turley court filing)

Further this charge is listed in section IV B as an an example of the ‘Abuse Inflicted’ along with anal sex and other horrible crimes. And what does PADA [AKA Puranjana or Tim Lee] think about this great blasphemy:

“The idea of “blaming Srila Prabhupada” has also surfaced to a nominal extent in this complaint, but it is not at all to the degree that many so-called “big devotees” blame him.”

If Puranjana is happy to minimise the charge – that Srila Prabhupada knew about all the horrible abuse that was occuring, and did nothing about it but rather hid it, and that his action is itself an example of the ‘abuse inflicted’ which therefore would make Srila Prabhupada himself guilty of abuse – as just being ‘nominal’, I wonder what nasty slander against Srila Prabhupada one would actually have to make in order for him to take it seriously!

Puranjana has not hid the fact that he is happy with the Turley Windle lawsuit:

“So, we are repeating things sometimes because we feel that there has not yet been an appropriate response. I think the current response with the lawsuit is a good start.”

So to make Srila Prabhupada the chief accessory to these horrible crimes is a ‘good start’ according to PADA, Mahesh other bitter jackals.

Normally, molested children level much more severe insults against their Church, God, etc. Also, as we pointed out, the whole atheistic movement was a reaction to Church abuses in the medieval times. Abuses lead to rejection of the Church, and Srila Prabhupada will confirm this. You have no experience looking at any such cases or history? Also, if you have a better plan to get the GBC in jail for RICO violations, go for it. …..So Turley will do some major harassment, but he is not my paid up lawyer, so I cannot control every move he makes. It is stupid of you to think he will, and it is stupid of you to think I should now attack this man when he needs my testimony for the molest charges, and that is the only way these molest charges will be addressed legally…..Why do I have to compromise with Turley or Nityananda to get things done? Where are the “real warriors” that you infer should do the job? And if I did not do it properly, why didn’t you?”

“I did not really “put together” the court case all myself. Pratyatosa contacted Turley and he agreed to take the case. I then helped by recruiting victims to sign up, altogether about 2,000 wanted to sign up. Turley wanted $1,000,000 for each victim so he cut it down to 500 thinking ISKCON could not pay $200M..”

LETTER TO MAHESH August 2000 

Dear Mahesh prabhu, please accept my humble obeisances.

All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

In regards to your article, what we can say without doubt or speculation, is that Srila Prabhupada should not be disrespected under any circumstances.

Lord Brahma said: O best of the demigods, unfortunately, because of madness resulting from your material opulence, you failed to receive Brhaspati properly when he came to your assembly. Because he is aware of the Supreme Brahman and fully in control of his senses, he is the best of the brahmanas. Therefore it is very astonishing that you have acted impudently toward him.

PURPORT

Lord Brahma recognized the brahminical qualifications of Brhaspati, who was the spiritual master of the demigods because of his awareness of the Supreme Brahman. Brhaspati was very much in control of his senses and mind, and therefore he was a most qualified brahmana. Lord Brahma chastised the demigods for not properly respecting this brahmana, who was their guru. Lord Brahma wanted to impress upon the demigods that one’s guru should not be disrespected under any circumstances. When Brhaspati entered the assembly of the demigods, they and their king, Indra, took him for granted. Since he came every day, they thought, they did not need to show him special respect. As it is said, familiarity breeds contempt. Being very much displeased, Brhaspati immediately left Indra’s palace. Thus all the demigods, headed by Indra, became offenders at the lotus feet of Brhaspati, and Lord Brahma, being aware of this, condemned their neglect. In a song we sing every day, Narottama dasa Thakura says, caksu-dana dila yei, janme janme prabhu sei: the guru gives spiritual insight to the disciple, and therefore the guru should be considered his master, life after life. Under no circumstances should the guru be disrespected, but the demigods, being puffed up by their material possessions, were disrespectful to their guru. Therefore Srimad-Bhagavatam (11.17.27) advises, acaryam mam vijaniyan navamanyeta karhicit. na martya-buddhyasuyeta: the acarya should always be offered respectful obeisances; one should never envy the acarya, considering him an ordinary human being.

If this court case goes on as it is with Prabhupada taking the blame then it may well become illegal to print and distribute any of Srila Prabhupada’s books as they will be seen as dangerous to human society. The author is a child molester cult ring leader and his books cause people to become completely insane ! This is what is being said.

The latest madness being put forward by pada and co. is that Srila Prabhupada manipulated these insane creatures to give him arsenic. Thus he committed suicide through them, in fact every offense they commit is being manipulated by him.

So does supporting this case make any sense ? To say that one blasphemy of Srila Prabhupada (turdly court case) will sort out another (book changing), is totally foolish. The book changing can be sorted out by devotees who have money like the IRM, they should just print the original books. If they are actually convinced Srila Prabhupada is still giving the initiation through these books then they should just print them and not waste time and laxmi with foolish superficial court cases. The IRM (Bangalore) were the biggest distributers of Srila Prabhupada’s changed books last year, now they should use the profits to print the original books. THIS IS THE REAL ISKCON REFORM ! The ritvik system is a formality the books give the real initiation !

So supporting this case is disastrous, remember the above quote:

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THE GURU BE DISRESPECTED !!!

So there is no room for us to speculate that this case maybe good because of this or that, NO !

We should not tolerate this blasphemy of Srila Prabhupada, by speculating that this case may produce some good effect, this is completely NONSENSE ! It will be a great fault on our part if we do this.

One should not at any time tolerate blasphemy and insults against Lord Visnu or His devotees. A devotee is generally very humble and meek, and he is reluctant to pick a quarrel with anyone. Nor does he envy anyone. However, a pure devotee immediately becomes fiery with anger when he sees that Lord Visnu or His devotee is insulted. This is the duty of a devotee. Although a devotee maintains an attitude of meekness and gentleness, it is a great fault on his part if he remains silent when the Lord or His devotee is blasphemed.

Also if you note the following quote in regard blaspheming Srila Prabhupada’s lotus feet. It is so offensive that the actor gradually loses his beauty, his fame and his religious principles, and his promotion to higher planets is also checked.

Thus being advised by the demoniac ministers, Kamsa, who was from the very beginning the greatest rascal, decided to persecute the brahmanas and Vaisnavas, being entrapped by the shackles of all-devouring, eternal time. He ordered the demons to harass all kinds of saintly persons, and then he entered his house. The adherents of Kamsa were all influenced by the modes of passion as well as illusioned by the modes of ignorance, and their only business was to create enmity with saintly persons. Such activities can only reduce the duration of life. The demons accelerated the process and invited their deaths as soon as possible. The result of persecuting saintly persons is not only untimely death. The act is so offensive that the actor also gradually loses his beauty, his fame and his religious principles, and his promotion to higher planets is also checked. Driven by various kinds of mental concoctions, the demons diminish all kinds of welfare. An offense at the lotus feet of the devotees and brahmanas is a greater offense than that committed at the lotus feet of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Thus a godless civilization becomes the source of all calamities.

(Thus ends the Bhaktivedanta purport of the Fourth Chapter of Krsna, “Kamsa Begins His Persecutions.”)

So how is it possible to say that this blasphemy of Srila Prabhupaada, which has already being widely broadcast bring any good ? Blasphemy of Srila prabhupada by a godless civilization becomes the source of all calamities. To say that this case will undefame Srila Prabhupada is FUTURE HOPE, trust no future however pleasant, as Srila Prabhupada always says. What about defending him NOW !

Any support of this case physically, verbally and mentally or any failure to take immediately action against it, will put us into hellish life perpetually.

One who hears blasphemy of the Supreme Personality of Godhead or His devotees should immediately take action or should leave. Otherwise he will be put into hellish life perpetually. There are many such injunctions. Therefore as a regulative principle one should not be unfavorable toward the Lord but always favorably inclined toward Him.

Prabhupada: No, we are speaking about Krsna. So if I say that Krsna says like this and it is a fact, then what is our fault? But they are taking very serious, just like especially nowadays in Western country they are opposing that “This philosophy is a brainwash.” So this is our position. Satyam bruyat priyam bruyat ma bruyat satyam apriyam.(?) The world situation is that you can speak truth if it is palatable. And if it is unpalatable, don’t speak. But this thing cannot be maintained when you are preaching spiritual life. There we cannot cheat. Spiritual life must be declared very frankly.

Exactly how much of a difference it will make about blasphemey of Srila
Prabhupada in the Court we do not know. But what WE DO KNOW is this: Srila
Prabhupada is ALREADY being BLASPHEMED by: 1) Jayadvaita + Dravida and
company who have INSULTED Srila Prabhupada by CHANGING Srila Prabhupada’s
books in order to suit GUNDA “gurus” worship. Bhagavad-gita has been
slaughtered. Chaitanya-Caritamrta (9 volume set distorted) — what MORE
INSULT to Srila Prabhupada will these demoniac thugs not do!!!

2) These demonicac “guru” gundas want to be worshiped as good as God —
thats in ISKCON — THIS is also BLASPHEMEY to Srila Prabhupada. They reject
July 9th 1977 letter a clear directive from Srila Prabhupada—Its VERY
doubtful this DEMONIAC evil gundas BELIEVE in Lord Krishna. They are
ATHIESTS in the garb of devotees. They LIP SERVICE Srila Prabhupada
pretending to be “disciples” of Srila Prabhupada–just to manipulate
devotees, usurp the properties and con the public. Disciple mean discipline
they do NOT follow Srila Prabhupada’s discipline therefore they are NOT
Srila Prabhupada’s disciples.

IF–the court case DRAINS these demoniac thugs and prevents these gundas
from distorting Srila Prabhupada’s Books –its WORTH IT. These Gundas have
ventured to usurp Srila Prabhupada’s unique position as the Diksa guru of
ISKCON — robbed his properties threw out devotees from temples and
distorted his books — its time the following prediction took place —
maybe? The COURT cases are the bitter medicine destined for them — their
fame and piety is LONG gone (many do not even follow 4 regs or chant 16
rounds Hare Krishna Mahamantra)– next to go opulence? — COURTS and
Lawyers will do Fire Yagna ceremony –money goes –SVAHA! SB 3.4.26 P
Although one may be well versed in the transcendental science, one should
be careful about the offense of maryada-vyatikrama, or impertinently
surpassing a greater personality. According to scriptural injunction one
should be very careful of transgressing the law of maryada-vyatikrama
because by so doing one LOSES his duration of life, his opulence, fame and
piety and the blessings of all the world.
